Billing
FHP Pharmacy’s expert billing staff will bill the appropriate insurances and third party insurers. We assure that all billing is done in a timely manner. We work continuously to minimize billing to the facility through our formulary and prior authorization systems.
Billing Services Include:
- Monthly itemized facility billing statements
- Monthly itemized private pay billing statements
- Electronic access to monthly billing statements
- Option to receive bills via e-mail
- Accept all credit cards
- Set up charge accounts to cover costs
- Assist families in filling out prescription drug plans (PACE, Medical Program Part D, etc..)
We work closely with the facilities to resolve all billing discrepancies timely.
